CONTEST RULES

1. The #myTrinidad Bucket List Contest begins on November 17, 2021 at 12:00AM (AST) and ends on December 17, 2021 at 11:59PM (AST)
2. No entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this contest.
3. Residents of Trinidad and Tobago are not eligible to participate in this contest.
4. Eligible entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
5. To enter: For Twitter, entrants must follow @exploretrinidad and @hyatttrinidad on Twitter, favourite the designated contest tweet made by @exploretrinidad and reply to the designated contest tweet with a relevant answer to the question asked. For Facebook, entrants must like Visit Trinidad and Hyatt Regency Trinidad on Facebook, like the designated contest post made by Visit Trinidad and comment a relevant answer to the question asked on the contest post. For Instagram, entrants must follow @booktrinidad and @hyatttrinidad on Instagram, like the designated contest post made by @booktrinidad and reply to the designated contest post with a relevant answer to the question asked. For Website entries, entrants must fill out the designated contest form and provide a relevant answer to the question asked in the form.
6. Entrants receive (1) entry per entry method, for a total of up to (4) entries per person.
7. Winner will be selected at random by Tourism Trinidad Limited and announced on #visitTrinidad social media channels, where winner will be contacted by Direct Message on Twitter, Direct Message on Instagram, private message on Facebook and via e-mail address provided for Website entries.
8. Tourism Trinidad Limited is not responsible for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, disconnected phone lines, full mailboxes, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
9. If winner does not claim prize within (5) business days, or forfeits prize, another winner will be selected at random by Tourism Trinidad Limited.
10. Upon claiming the prize, the potential winner must fill out a Release and Discharge form provided by Tourism Trinidad Limited.
11. No cash substitutions of prize permitted. Incidental charges from stay are not covered, and prize must be used within the redemption period. The redemption period of the prize may be updated as per restrictions and guidelines in relation to Covid-19.
12. Employees of Tourism Trinidad Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
13. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
14. Tourism Trinidad Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tourism Trinidad Limited’s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. In such case, Tourism Trinidad Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest. Tourism Trinidad Limited has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the contest, to void entries for the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
15. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
16. By entering this contest, entrants agree to the rules of this contest.
