During the Carnival Season, this tour includes learning the history of the traditional Carnival character, Paramin Blue Devils. Covered in blue paint, you meet these Carnivalesque characters blowing fire from their mouths while dancing to the rhythm of accompanying music from metal biscuit tins.

Cuisine in Paramin is just as divine as the history and natural landscape of the area. On the tour, sample local homemade wines, enjoy freshly brewed black coffee and local Trinitario chocolate tea. Savour freshly prepared pot bake, cooked in the natural “fireside” setting of carefully selected aromatic wood, paired with saltfish, smoked herring, tomato choka.
